Some of the hottest techniques in the last decade have come from our angling friends across the Pacific in Japan, and there’s a new one that might be worth a look.
It’s called the Jika Rig and is a mild hybrid of the drop shot and Texas rig. Looks like it might be a potentially deadly setup for several applications, possibly including with goby baits on the Great Lakes for smallies.
