1. Who is PAA?

The Professional Anglers Association was founded by competitive anglers, for competitive anglers. Since our organization strives to be a unified voice within competitive fishing, our Board of Directors and Officers are made up of 10 professional anglers who fish tour level events with PAA, BASS and FLW Outdoors. These Board members shape the future of our organization based on feedback they receive from our members.

2. What is PAA?

The Professional Anglers Association is a nonprofit organization focused on providing benefits to our angler members regardless of their skill level. Our mission is to support the sport of fishing and the industry that provides the products we use while pursuing our careers and passions. We strongly believe in practicing sound conservation measures and getting youth involved in fishing to protect the future of the sport.

3. How can I get in contact with the PAA Office?

The PAA Office can be reached by phone at (270) 527-2030 and by fax at (270) 527-2032. The PAA Office’s mailing address is P.O. Box 655, 1102 Main Street, Benton, KY 42025.

4. Why should I join PAA?

Through membership with PAA you can receive discounts on products offered by partners in our Affinity Program, earn bonus contingency money in our PayDay Program and join other anglers in a unified voice to help shape the future of competitive fishing.

5. What do I get with my membership?

Along with the benefits for your membership level, each new member will receive a basic membership kit that includes a PAA hat (General, Advantage and Tour levels), two PAA decals and an official PAA member card.

6. How long will it take to get my membership materials?

It typically takes 4-6 weeks for a new membership to be fully processed and the basic membership kit to arrive by mail. PayDay Program Bonus winners will not be penalized for not displaying the PAA logo in an event they won if their materials have not arrived by mail. However, once they receive their basic membership kit this requirement will be enforced. See the PayDay Program Rules for more information.

7. How can I get access to the Affinity Program discounts in the Members Site?

PAA Members can set up a user account for the Members Site by contacting the PAA Office by phone at (270) 527-2030 or by email at lisa@fishpaa.com.

8. How can I get my trail sanctioned in the PayDay Program?

The PAA would love to have your trail involved in our PayDay Program. If your trail averages 35 or more boats in each event and has a website for posting event results, please have your trail’s Tournament Owner/Operator or Tournament Director contact us at lisa@fishpaa.com.

9. Can my Bass Club get sanctioned in the PayDay Program?

If your bass club events are run by a third party, those events may be eligible for sanctioning at this time. However, if your bass club runs its own events, the PAA currently is unable to add sanctioning for your club. We are, however, looking for ways to expand the PayDay Program for the future to include additional opportunities for anglers at the club level.

10. How can my company get involved in the Affinity Program?

Joining the PAA Affinity Program is an easy, cost-effective way to get your product in front of dedicated anglers. For more information regarding the PAA Affinity Program, please email sales@fishpaa.com. We will provide you with the necessary information to get started.

11. How can my company get involved in sponsorship of the Professional Anglers Association?

The PAA offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities, from television and internet to membership promotions. We can build custom packages to fit your needs. For more information on sponsorship opportunities, please email sales@fishpaa.com. We will contact you to determine how the PAA can meet your advertising needs.

12. I’m currently a PAA member, but never created a username and password for the PAA Members Site Affinity Program access.  So how do I now get access to the new Members site?

If you ever had a username and password on the old PAA website or on this site, you should be able to login into the members site with that username and password.  If you never had a username and password for the old PAA site or this site and are currently a PAA member and want access to the Members site, click here.  If you had a password but can’t remember it, click here.  A new password will be sent to you.
