2010 PAA Bass Pro Shops Tournament Series Schedule of Events

Tournament Launch Details

(All times are local and contingent on safe light, weather, and conditions, subject to the Tournament Director’s judgment.)

Morristown, TN	Sunrise: 6:22 a.m. ET	Launch begins: 6:15 a.m.*
Charlotte, NC	Sunrise: 6:39 a.m. ET	Launch begins: 6:30 a.m.*
Garland, TX	Sunrise: 7:05 a.m. CT	Launch begins: 6:45 a.m.*
Branson, MO	Sunrise: 7:18 a.m. CT	Launch begins: 7:00 a.m.*

Continuous launch each morning. Release will be reversed on Day 2

Tournament Weigh-in Details

Lakeside Weigh-ins begin daily at 3 p.m.

Flight 1 will fish until 3 p.m.*

25 boats per flight, weighing in at 15 minutes intervals

Final Day Details

Final Day Take off position will be assigned based on Final Day 2 Standings

Final Day will consist of two flights, 15 min launch/weigh-in interval, 8 hours of competition

Final Day Weigh-in to being at approximately 4:30 p.m. at Bass Pro Shops

Bass Pro Shops Registration Details

Wednesday of event week:

3:30 – 5:30 p.m.	Open Registration (all anglers and observers must check-in)
5:30 – 7:00 p.m.	Bass Pro Shops Social and Seminars (open to the public)
7 p.m.	Tournament Meeting (all anglers and observers must attend)

Bass Pro Shops Final Day Details

Saturday of event week:

Pro-Am
7 a.m.	Pros and Amateurs meet at designated launch ramp
8 a.m.	Official Event Start Time
1 p.m.	Fishing Stops and participants return to Bass Pro Shops
2 p.m.	All tournament scoring cards will need to be submitted

(Pro-Am Anglers proceed to luncheon)

Bass Pro Shops Fan Activities

12:30 p.m.	Seminar Series/Q&A begins at BPS Tank and Seminar Area
	(In-store seminars streamed to web as part of live weigh-in coverage)
3:30 p.m.	Seminar Series concludes prior to start of weigh-in
3:45 p.m.	Pro-Am Awards Ceremony on PAA Stage
4:30 p.m.	Professional Weigh-in to begin on PAA Stage

Awards Presentation to follow (Approximately 6 p.m.)
